1 in 8: The Torso Project – A Free Two-Day Art Workshop For
Women with Breast Cancer
Saturday & Sunday, March 23&24, 10 AM – 4 PM

Join other women who have had breast cancer for a day of art, support, fun, and healing. Create plaster decorated torso casts and celebrate the strength and beauty present in each of us.
No experience necessary!
Bring a bagged lunch. Snacks provided.
Facilitator: Pam Roberts is a breast cancer survivor who originated 1 in 8: The Torso Project to
bring healing and awareness about breast cancer. A writer, artist, and yoga instructor, she is Forest Moon’s Program Director. Deb Steele has been facilitating healing retreats for those touched by cancer for twenty years. She is the Manager of Support Services Programming at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center (at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center). Deb is a 23-year survivor of cancer.
